>> On line registration We are pleased to inform you that the Toulouse Space Show'10 Steering Committee has decided to keep the same registration fees as for 2008. Furthermore, to cater for participants particular requirements, several types of registration are being proposed. To avoid wasting food, lunches are now included as an option.

If you wish to benefit from the student/retired registration fee, you must send proof of your status (i.e. copy of a valid student card or certificate delivered by your former employer) by fax to +33 (0)5 63 72 30 32 or by email to
registration@toulousespaceshow.eu. Without proof of status at the time of registration, you will not be entitled to the student/retired rate. Discount for group Registration
5 PAID "full standard" fee registrations from the same organization entitle to 1 additional FREE "full standard" fee. Confirmation of registration
You will receive a copy of your registration application by email.
Confirmation of registration will be sent by email once payment or original order form has been received by CNES.
All payments have to be received by CNES one week before the Toulouse Space Show. Otherwise, the accounting service of the CNES reserves the right to ask for the payment at the arrival (except for the order forms). Please note that if your are an exhibitor, you do not have to register by this application.

Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation request must be sent by email at registration@toulousespaceshow.eu as soon as possible. - Cancellation fee: 50 € for any cancellation request received before 26 April 2010
- Reimbursement of 50% for any cancellation request received between 26 April and 28 May 2010
- No reimbursement will be made for any cancellation request received on or after 29 mai 2010
Technical Visit of CNES
Thursday 10 June, morning
Departure by bus from the Pierre Baudis Congress Centre (rallying point in the lobby) at 8 a.m.
Return to Congress Centre around noon.
Please note that the guided tour is free but is only available for those who have registered for the Toulouse Space Show conferences (it is not open to exhibitors or personal guests). To enroll, log in to your personal space with your access code (you first have to have registered for the Toulouse Space Show) and click on the VISIT OF CNES button
Programme: - Presentation of CNES and the Toulouse Space Centre
- Visit to the control centre for the Automated Transfer Vehicle
- Visit to a testing laboratory
Information required for registration:
Surname, first name, company, position, nationality, date and place of birth, number of ID card or passport. All visitors will be required to show their passports or ID cards when entering the Toulouse Space Centre.
Minimum number of enrolments for the visit to take place: 10 people
Maximum number of enrolments per visit: 50 people
DEAD LINE FOR REGISTRATION : 2 JUNE
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the visit if there are not enough people.
