Confirming a paper
Please note: a paper (oral or poster presentation) is accepted, on the condition
that one of its authors identified in the abstract, registers for the Toulouse
Space Show'08 and declares that he/she will be delivering the paper BEFORE 15
March 2008.
After this date, the paper will be withdrawn from the programme.
Once registered for the Space Show you will see a button in your ‘personal space’
that says ‘I will be presenting a paper. Please then enter the number of the
paper that you are confirming.
This rule applies to all 3 conferences: ENC-GNSS08, EFTF08 and SPACE APPLI08.
Book of abstracts
On arrival at the Toulouse Space Show, each participant registered for a
conference will be given the 3 sets of abstracts - one for each symposium;
ENC-GNSS08; EFTF08 and SPACE APPLI08 - containing abstracts for the papers of
all oral and poster sessions.
Oral sessions
Oral presentations will last 20 minutes: 15 minutes for the presentation and 5
minutes for questions.
Invited oral contributions may have 30 minutes slots.
You must arrive 15 minutes before your session to ‘check-in’ with
the person presiding over the session.
Delegates giving
presentations in the morning must have uploaded their files to the Preview (Level
3) the previous day, before 17:00.
Delegates giving presentations in the afternoon must have uploaded their files
to the Preview (Level 3) the same day, before 10:00.

Poster sessions
Only the EFTF 08 and ENC GNSS 08 conferences have poster sessions. Two specific
areas have been set aside for displaying posters from 23 to 25 April.
You must display your poster as soon as you arrive. You will find your reserved
place by referring to the number on your paper.
Authors are asked to stand by their posters during the sessions allocated for
this purpose, so that they can answer questions.
Each poster board measures 90 cm wide by 220 cm high (portrait format).
We propose the format A0 for your poster (84
cm × 119 cm).
The boards are made of PVC, and we recommend using double-sided tape, available
on site. Make sure your poster are not too heavy and avoid laminated plastic
or cardboard-backed sheets. You will not be able to use pins or drawing pins.
The title of your poster must appear at the top, in 25 mm-high capital letters.
Make sure that the authors and their corresponding organisations are clearly
visible.
