Head of Mission, Global Change and Earth observation, Ministry for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition

Engineer graduated from the Ecole Nationale de la Météorologie and from the Ecole Centrale Paris in Computer Science, I recently followed a one-year training at the Institut des Hautes Etudes Scientifiques et Techniques.

I started my career in the telecommunication systems department at Météo-France, then I became in charge of the telematic services. Eventually I was promoted to PMO of the Météo-France regional entities IT redesign.

I joined the Ministry of Transport as senior advisor to the director of research in charge of the supervision of the IGN and Météo-France. I was also a representative of the Ministry for the European projects Galileo and Copernicus.
I was appointed to Head of the Global Change and Earth Observation mission in 2009, and Head of the Earth Observation Environnement and climate within the Research and Innovation Department of the Ministry for an Ecological and Solidary Transition in 2017.

Since the creation of the Cospace in 2013, a committee which strengthens coordination between public authorities and space industry in France, I’m co-facilitator with ADS and Eutelsat of the Cospace Application Working Group as an Earth Observation Expert for the Ministry for an Ecological and Solidary Transition.
