Olivier Dubuisson began his career in 1989 as a Microelectronic engineer with Thales before holding various technical sales positions with major high-tech industrial groups (IER, Radiall). In 1997, he became Marketing and Sales Director of Aqsacom, a telecommunications company specializing in network management.
In 2001 he co-founded CapDecisif Management a Venture Capital management company dedicated to early stage high tech companies.
CapDecisif Management manages 150 M€ and has financed more than 85 companies including DBV Technologies (Nasdaq), Sequans Communication (NYSE), Nanobiotix (Euronext) or Kynogon (acquired by Autodesk)
He holds a degree in microelectronics engineering from the University of Bordeaux and an MBA from IAE Paris Sorbonne
He is also a Guest lecturer at HEC since 2015
